Basically, if one of the human players is unresponsive possibly due to him losing internet connection, so that he can try and come back in again?

I agree... it woudl be awesome if there was a way the other players could all vote to oust a player (Whether do to problems with the person or their computer) so that a bot and perhaps another human could take his spot.

This is a service only employed on the ladder server (Host 3). To sign up for the ladder, create an account at http://myleague.com/soc and then read the rules at http://contractbud.com/SettlersOfCatan.html

You may NEVER play against the bots or non-ladder players on host 3. These games will be terminated and you risk being banned from all three servers.
